This routine is something that I thought of about a month ago and this has made my legs so soft and I thought why not share these tips with you! So, let’s get started!
1. Use Exfoliation
I didn’t think of this before but after doing some research exfoliation is key to getting a smooth shave on your legs! If you don’t have an exfoliate read my article here on how to make homemade sugar scrubs! So what you are going to do after you are in the shower for a few minutes use the scrub and wash it all off. Why should I exfoliate? Because exfoliating removes the dead skin cells and dirt that’s on the surface of your skin. This keeps your skin clean too, and it unclogs your pores which helps you get a closer, cleaner shave!
2. Get Some Shaving Cream
Now that you have exfoliated shave your legs! Make sure to take your time while doing this to prevent getting cuts!
3. Moisturize
This next step would be to moisturize after you get out of the shower to make sure your legs are extra soft, and to also avoid the risk of getting a razor burn! Lotion also helps with preventing ingrown hairs too! I personally like to use the Cetaphil lotion, I will have it linked below if you are interested!
Additional Tips:
- Make sure to use a new, sharp razor in order to get a clean shave.
- Apply body lotion every day to have even softer legs.
Thank you for reading this article and I hope you have a great rest of your day!
